Object Palette is off-screen or looks wrong in Windows (MM2)

Issue

The MenuMachine 2 interface does not look correct or the palette is off-screen.

Solution

With MenuMachine version 2.1 or later, if you launch GoLive with the Option (Mac) or Alt (Windows) key held down, the palette position is reset.

With earlier version of MenuMachine 2 or if the above step does not fix the problem, you will need to delete the MenuMachine 2 preferences.

If you have changed the default preference settings, remember to change them again when you re-launch GoLive.
