Problem with MenuMachine Preferences in Mac OS X (MM2)

Issue
Every time GoLive is launched an error similar to this is displayed:
'Warning: could not find the site root folder specified in the MenuMachine Preferences (/Applications/Adobe Golive/Adobe Golive CS2.app/Contents/MacOS/null)
Solution
Delete the MenuMachine 2 Preferences.
