Open MenuMachine Palette… is grayed out (MM2)

Issue
The menu command:
MenuMachine > Open MenuMachine Palette…
is grayed out (dimmed) and you can't select it to open the Objects Palette.
Solution
This is because the Objects Palette is already open.
Check to see if it is hidden behind another window or has been docked.
You can bring the Objects Palette to the front by choosing:
Window > MenuMachine Objects
Even though the MenuMachine Objects Palette is a normal GoLive palette, it should not be docked.
If you cannot find it, with MenuMachine version 2.1 or later, if you re-launch GoLive with the Option (Mac) or Alt (Windows) key held down, the palette position is reset so you can then re-open it using MenuMachine > Open MenuMachine Palette…
