The menu is placed in a page that uses CSS. The menu is definitely in the correct place in the page in layout view but in the browser it is offset.
The most likely cause of this problem is that you have a CSS style in the page that has the same name as the internal name of the MenuMachine menu. This will cause a conflict and MenuMachine will not be able to position the menu correctly.
You can find out the internal name of the menu by opening the menumachine folder in the top level of your site. The name of the folder for your menu is the internal name of the menu.
The style with the matching name could be either a class or ID style, including a style that defines a layer.
To fix the problem you should rename the style so that it no longer conflicts with the name of the menu.
