After installing MenuMachine 2 and entering your serial number, an error appears: "Could not read MenuMachine 2 library. Please contact support."
This error means that GoLive is unable to find the support files that MenuMachine requires to start up.
This is almost always caused by an "unusual" hard disk name, especially one that begins with a space character. Please check to see if your hard disk has a space as the first character of its name. If it does, you must change the name of the hard disk to remove the space.
The reason this causes a problem is that GoLive sends an incorrect path to MenuMachine if the name of the hard disk begins with a space character. This prevents MenuMachine from being able to locate and load the support library. This is a limitation of GoLive and not something we can work around.
This problem can also be caused by very long hard disk names. If your hard disk has a long name, please try shortening it to see if it fixes the problem.
