How to compress a site using Windows (MM1, MM2)

Issue
You may be asked to compress then send your site to the support team to diagnose. We ask you to send the whole site so we can see your pages as well as your menu.
Here are the instructions to zip the folder which contains your entire site so it can be sent by email.
Solution
IMPORTANT: Do not just compress and send the .site file. It contains no information that we can use to diagnose an issue. You must send the folder which contains your site's assets.
- Using Windows Explorer, locate and select the folder which contains the .site file.

Note in this picture the My Company folder contains the .site file. Therefore, the My Company folder is the one which needs to be compressed and sent.
NOTE FOR GoLive 9 USERS: Your site contents may no longer contain the web-contents, web-data and web-settings folders. You need to send the folder which contains the .site file and your site assets.

- Right-click on the folder and choose Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder
Zipping the folder:

- The compressed folder will be placed in the same directory as the original folder and will have the same name with a .zip suffix. Attach the .zip file to your email reply to send it to support.
