Solution

MenuMachine 1 is not officially supported in GoLive 9.

If you already have MenuMachine 1 menus in a site which you open in GoLive 9, those menus should still work in a browser even if you do not have MenuMachine 1 installed in GoLive 9.

MenuMachine 1 is not automatically installed when you upgrade to GoLive 9 from any previous version of GoLive. If you need to edit a MenuMachine 1 menu, you must install MenuMachine 1 into GoLive 9. Ensure you install the latest version which is available here.
