Issue
When trying to register MenuMachine 2, a message says that the serial number is not valid.
Solution
The first time you launch GoLive after installing MenuMachine 2, you will prompted to enter your serial number in the Registration Screen.
1. You must enter your name exactly as it appears in the "Registered To:" section of the email you received from SWREG into the Name field of the registration dialog.
2. Copy and paste the serial number from the email you received. DO NOT attempt to type the serial number as it is very easy to make a mistake when transcribing.
3. Make sure you use your MenuMachine 2 serial number, not a MenuMachine 1 serial number.
4. Make sure you are not entering a MenuMachine 2 serial number into a MenuMachine 1 activation screen. Enter your name and MenuMachine 1 serial number if the activation screen looks like this:
