Installing with Multiple Mac users in Mac OS X
GoLive and MenuMachine 1 are installed in one account.
When switching to a second user, GoLive asks for the MenuMachine 1 Serial Number again.
The serial number may not be accepted and an error message about libraries not loading may appear.
This is probably a permissions error. GoLive appears to have a bug where extensions cannot read files that they do not also have write privileges for.
To fix it, follow these steps:
1. Log in as an admin user.
2. Next, locate the MenuMachine folder in the Finder (in GoLive/Modules/Extend Scripts).
3. Select the MenuMachine folder and then choose Get Info from the File menu.
4. Expand the "Ownership and permissions" section of the Get Info window and also the "Details" section.
5. You need to set the Group and Others access to "Read and Write". Once you have done that, click the "Apply to enclosed items" button. That should set the privileges correctly for all files in the folder.
You should now be able to log in as your normal user and use MenuMachine successfully.
