Submenus draw on top of parent menus and you can see the parent menu text "through" the submenu. Only happens in IE5 for the Mac.
Somewhere on the page there is most likely a table (or grid) that is set to align left. This triggers a bad rendering bug in IE5. Since tables align left by default anyway, the workaround is to un-align the table(s) by selecting them and changing the Align value in the Table (or Grid) Inspector to "Default".
Note: Be careful that you are adjusting the alignment in the table inspector, not adjusting the alignment using the buttons in the toolbar which causes <div> tags to be created.
