Can't change theme of menu (MM2)

Issue
It is not possible to change a Theme once a menu has been created.
Solution
A way to work around this is:
1. Create a new menu with the theme you want.
2. Use the Copy Formatting button to copy the formatting from an item in the menu with the correct theme.
3. Close that menu.
4. Open the first menu you created in the Editor and use the Paste Formatting button to copy the required settings to your menu items.
5. Repeat the process for any submenu level formatting.
