When entering the Serial Number online to download MenuMachine 1, a "Key not correct" or a similar message is shown.
When trying to activate MenuMachine 1 when launching GoLive, an Invalid Serial Number dialog appears:

MenuMachine 1 Serial Number Checklist:
The MenuMachine 1 serial number is in the form of:
12345678-12345678-12345678-12345678
1. You will only be able to enter up to and including 35 characters in total (including the dashes). Check to make sure you have entered them all.
2. Make sure you are using your MenuMachine 1 serial number, not your GoLive serial number or MenuMachine 2 serial number.
3. Copy and paste the serial number from the original email you received when you purchased MenuMachine. If you do not have that email, you can retrieve your Serial Number here:

4. Make sure you do not accidentally paste in any extra characters, spaces or carriage returns into the field. Your cursor should be visible in the field after the last character.
5. If you MUST type the serial number, any letters should be in UPPER case.
6. The character '0' is always a zero.

3. What browsers you tried (browser names, platform, version numbers)
4. An explanation of what happens and when it happens
5. The EXACT error message you see on screen
