How to update GoLive CS to GoLive CS2 (MM2)

Issue
If you are updating GoLive CS2 from version 8.0 to 8.0.1 it is important to install the update and then install MenuMachine 2.
The GoLive CS2 8.0.1 update may affect a prior installation of MenuMachine so you should follow this procedure when updating:
Solution
1. Install Golive CS2.
2. Apply the Adobe GoLive 8.0.1 updater BEFORE installing MenuMachine. Quit GoLive.
3. If you still want to use MenuMachine 1 to edit old menus, download the latest version MenuMachine 1 and install it:

4. Do not launch GoLive yet.
5. Download the latest version of MenuMachine 2:
http://www.menumachine.com/download/
6. Install MenuMachine 2. The installer will detect the latest version of GoLive on your system (CS2) and install into that copy of GoLive.
7. Launch GoLive CS2.
8. Insert your MenuMachine 2 serial number when requested.
