Instructions for Windows XP
1. Quit GoLive, then go to Windows Explorer and open the following folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName
YourUserName is the user you are logged into Windows as (you can see your user name at the top of the Start menu).
2. If the Application Data folder is visible, skip to step 4.
3. Select the Tools > Folder Options menu in Windows Explorer, click the View tab and then check the radio button marked Show hidden files and folders. Click OK. The Application Data folder will now be visible.
4. Locate the MenuMachine folder.
If you have GoLive CS2, open the folder
Application Data\Adobe\Adobe GoLive\Settings8\MenuMachine
If you have GoLive CS, open the folder
Application Data\Adobe\Adobe GoLive\Settings7\MenuMachine
5. In the MenuMachine folder you should see a file called MenuMachine.mmprefs. Delete the MenuMachine.mmprefs file.

If you have GoLive CS2, the Settings9 folder will be called Settings8 and if you have GoLive CS, it will be called Settings7.
