Solution
MenuMachine 2 Compatible GoLive versions:
MenuMachine 2 requires either Adobe GoLive CS (7.0.2), GoLive CS2 (8.0.1) or GoLive 9 to run.
It will not run in GoLive 6 or earlier versions of GoLive. It will also not run as a standalone application or as a plugin in other web authoring applications.
MenuMachine 2 is available for Mac OS X and Windows and one license allows you to use either version.
Make sure your version of GoLive has had the latest updates applied before installing MenuMachine 2. The updates can be downloaded from Adobe's site here:

MenuMachine 2 System Requirements:
Because MenuMachine is an extension for GoLive, if your Operating System supports GoLive CS or GoLive CS2 then MenuMachine 2 will run on your system.
Note for Intel-based Mac users: MenuMachine 2 is a plugin for GoLive and as such will run in the Rosetta compatibility environment. When GoLive is updated to run natively on the Intel architecture we will be releasing an update for MenuMachine to allow it to also run natively on the Intel Macs.
