Issue

Non-Latin characters (e.g Polish, Japanese) seem to cause problems with MenuMachine.

Solution

Unfortunately there are bugs in every version of GoLive prior to 8.0.1 that prevent non-Latin characters from working correctly with GoLive extensions such as MenuMachine. This is an Adobe bug and affects both MenuMachine 1 and MenuMachine 2.

If you are using GoLive CS2 then you must update to version 8.0.1 to fix the problem.

The update can be downloaded from Adobe's site here:

Mac OS: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=26&platform=Macintosh
Windows: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=26&platform=Windows

GoLive CS users have less choice: either you can upgrade to GoLive CS2, or you can create the menu text as images and then place the images in the menu.
