GoLive 7 users should update to GoLive 7.0.2 to use MenuMachine 1 or MenuMachine 2.
Solution
If you are using GoLive 7 (CS) and have not applied any updates, you need to as many bugs were fixed in the later release.
If you have not already done so, you need to apply the GoLive 7.0.2 update available from Adobe.
The update can be downloaded from Adobe's site here:

Locate the 7.0.2 update in the language of your copy of GoLive.
