MenuMachine 1 not working after installing (MM1)

Issue
MenuMachine 1 is not working after installing into GoLive.
Solution
Please check following to see if MenuMachine is installed correctly:
1. When you installed MenuMachine, did you follow the instructions to put the MenuMachine folder in the Extend Scripts folder which is inside the Modules folder in your GoLive Folder? (Note: you do not install the whole downloaded package, just the MenuMachine folder.)

2. When you first launched GoLive, were you asked to register in this screen?:
3. Was activation successful and did you see this screen?
4. With GoLive open, when you open the Special menu, can you see an item called MenuMachine?
5. Is there a new menu object at the bottom of the Objects Palette as shown below? You may need to enlarge the palette to see the new object. Can you drag it onto a page as illustrated here?:
6. If you open the Inspector and click on the menu in the page, can you see the menu settings?:
