How to delete MenuMachine 2 preferences in Mac OS X (MM2)

Issue
If a problem with the MenuMachine 2 installation requires you to delete the MenuMachine 2 preferences, follow the steps below.
Solution
1. Quit GoLive.
2. Locate the following folder in the Finder:
If you have GoLive CS:
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/Adobe/GoLive/Settings7/MenuMachine
If you have GoLive CS2:
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/Adobe/GoLive/Settings8/MenuMachine
If you have GoLive 9:
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/Adobe/GoLive/Settings9/MenuMachine
3. Delete the file MenuMachine.mmprefs which is in the MenuMachine folder.
4. Launch GoLive.
5. Open your site.
