The text labels in the MenuMachine palette and windows is covering part of the fields
If you change your system's screen resolution from 96dpi to 120dpi, GoLive cannot display palette fonts at the 120dpi resolution correctly and uses a large font in its palettes which can cover the fields in the MenuMachine interface.

Change the resolution back to Normal size 96 dpi and the palettes will display correctly.
Start > Control Panel > Display > Settings Tab > Advanced button > General Tab > DPI Setting > Normal 96dpi
You may need to restart Windows to see the correct resolution again.
