You can change the order of menu items when they are on the same level.
You can't promote or demote items to a new level.

Click on a menu item that has other items at the same level of the hierarchy.

The Up and Down arrows will become active in the direction/s that the menu item is able to move.

To Delete a menu item, click on it an use the Delete button . This tool deletes the selected menu item, including any submenus if present. You will be presented with a confirmation dialog before the deletion takes place.
