Copy formatting to other menu items

If you have one menu item set up the way you like it, you do not have to repeat the same selections for other menu items.

Use the Copy Formats button to copy selected attributes of one menu item to apply to other menu items of your choice.

1) Click on the menu and select the menu item with the attributes you wish to copy to other items ('Menu One' in this example). Then click on the Copy Formats button.

2)
The following dialog will display. (Note that 'Menu One' is greyed out because this is the item we are copying.)

3) On the left hand side, select the items in your menu structure that you wish to change. Use the disclosure triangles to reveal hidden submenus.
('Menu Two', 'Menu Three' and 'Sub Sub Menu One' are selected.)

4) On the right hand side, check or uncheck any combination of attributes that you want to apply to the selected items. Press OK when you are done.

5) When you return to the GoLive Layout view, you will see the changes applied (if they are in the top level of the menu). Check in a browser to see the lower level changes or check them by clicking on the lower level items in the Tree View area.
