'Intializing MenuMachine' box never goes away

I have just installed MenuMachine and when I launch GoLive, the box that says "Initializing MenuMachine" never goes away.

Solution: Delete the GoLive Preferences.

This is caused by a corrupt GoLive Preference file.

Follow the instructions on this page to delete the GoLive Preferences.
