Error message: An internal URL is invalid

This error occurs if your site file is not up to date with the files on disk.

Solution:

Open your site and click the "refresh" button (GL6) or (GLCS) in the toolbar (or choose Refresh Site from the Site menu). This will update your site so that it correctly reflects the files on your disk.
