I have lost my MenuMachine Serial Number

Your serial number will be on the original email you received from Kagi or SWREG when you purchased MenuMachine.

Solution:

If you have lost this email, we have a serial number auto-retrieval system.

Your serial number will be emailed to the email address you gave when you purchased MenuMachine.

If you have informed us of a change to your email address, it will be sent to the address we now have in our system.

If you can't remember what email address you originally used, contact the MenuMachine support team with these details:

1. Full Name
2. Postal address at time of purchase
3. Approximate date of purchase
4. Whether purchased from Kagi or SWREG

5. Also list the email address you would like us to keep on our system.

We do not send spam or sell or give away email addresses. We only use your email address to send MenuMachine update notifications or to correspond with you if you contact us first.
